Executive committee

Objectives

The Executive committee is responsible for the management of the corporation between meetings of the Board of Directors. Consisting of the President, Vice-President, and another member elected by the Board from within its own membership, the Executive committee performs the duties described in the Bylaws, section 10.1.

Typical tasks and tips

Maintain communication with other Executive Committee members, particularly with regard to availability.
