Vice President

Objectives

The Vice President is responsible for assuming the duties of the President whenever the latter is unable to act. Elected annually by the Board, the Vice President performs the duties described in the Bylaws, section 9.2.

The Vice President is an officer of the corporation.

Typical tasks and tips

Stay in close communication with the President so that you are prepared to take over those responsibilities should it become necessary.
